Social and social media inclusion

young people can facilitate inclusion within social and cultural barriers thanks to social media, through motivational videos or videos in which they talk about their personal experiences of fragility or difficult conditions to make those living in the same situations feel less alone by making them slowly disappear reduce prejudices by making them normal aspects of everyone's life, obviously it is not always possible to raise sufficient awareness, many young people opt for demonstrations or strikes but in my opinion they risk falling into exaggeration without being taken seriously, change must occur gradually and must be constant and the only tool we have available every day is our cell phone and consequently social media and often the messages that should make us reflect risk being misunderstood because in most cases young people tend to compare themselves with the standards that the hierarchy social demands, such as beauty, popularity or good economic sufficiency, I believe that all aspects of life should be exposed on social media, not just the positive things because they are not the ones that help a person with difficulty to feel included but rather it makes that he feels even more outside of society
