The Organization for Development and Innovation in Europe “IN VARIETATE CONCORDIA” (IVC) was officially established in Constanta (Romania) on 11 June 2018 and since 2022 moved its headquarter in Bucharest. Our mission is to contribute to sustainable development, equity and efficient use of all available resources in order to create a better and more sustainable future for all. IVC support the UN Sustainable and Development Goals addressing the following social challenges: poverty, inequality, climate, environmental degradation, prosperity, and peace and justice. We are also supporting the EU2020 strategy benchmarks for a smart, sustainable and inclusive growth in order to increase employment rate (in particular among youth and young adults), to raise youth and young adults participation in lifelong learning.
Target
IVC focuses its activities on young people and vulnerable people, but also on women who need support and guidance.
Before Yep
IVC works primarily on educational actions, prevention and raising awareness actions, educational activities and support to policy reforms, structured dialogue, cultural exchanges, and large-scale events, activities related to the empowerment of groups at social risk or marginalized groups, transnational cooperation actions. IVC’s staff recently implemented as Partner a project to support women in difficult situations, Go Digital. Our contribution facilitated the participation of women in the digital sector and in the labour market. The project also contributed to achieve two Europe 2020 benchmarks: we recorded an increase of employment and the participation of adults in lifelong learning.

Solidaritet för Ungdomens Framtid – SUF

Solidaritet för Ungdomens Framtid is a Swedish non-profit organization involved in the promotion of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the World Programme of Action for Youth. Solidaritet för Ungdomens Framtid aims at promoting an integral evolution of all children and youth by safeguarding their human dignity mainly through the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the child and the World Programme of Action for Youth.
ASOCIACIÓN INICIATIVA INTERNACIONAL JOVEN

Asociación Iniciativa Internacional Joven (Youth International Initiative Association) is an NGO from Málaga (Spain) created in 2003 from a group of youths who after participating in international programmes and activities, concluded that these experiences had been very important to change their life. Therefore, they decided to share them with other young people, collectives and associations, to enhance the interest in participating in international programs and exchanges, learning languages, realizing voluntary work, raising awareness, tolerance and respect for other cultures, etc. thereby contributing to personal and professional development of young people and adults.
Mission: contributing to the comprehensive development and improvement of the quality of life of citizens, especially young people.
Main objectives:
• To encourage the creation of plans, programs, and projects that have a beneficial impact on youth;
• To increase the existing knowledge about the field of youth;
• To improve the training of professionals, experts, youth and other people involved with young people, at local and international level;
• To enhance the inclusion and development of people at different levels: training, employment, sociocultural activities, languages, interculturality, etc.;
• To contribute to the development cooperation of the poorest and most needed sectors of the population.

Sinergie

Sinergie is an italian NGO whose mission is to contribute to sustainable development, equity and efficient use of all available resources, in order to create a better and more sustainable future for all. Sinergie works primarily on: educational actions; prevention and raising awareness actions; educational activities and support to policy reforms; structured dialogue; cultural exchanges; large-scale events; activities related to the empowerment of groups at social risk or marginalized groups and transnational cooperation actions.
Target
The target group is mainly marginalized and disadvantaged people. Sinergie works with:
– women, especially those one in difficultsituations;
– immigrants and refugees;
– elderly people;
– children at risk of trafficking and exploitation;
– people with physical disabilities and mental disorders;
– people with fewer opportunities and low-skills and long-term unemployed;
– adults with low professional qualifications.
The organisation decided to addresses its activities to marginalized and disadvantaged people because it wants to change the society through their education.
Before Yep
Sinergie works primarily on educational actions and on activities which support cultural changes in society. For this reason, it organizes activities which entail the production of educational, informatics and audio-visual tools that it considers useful for its social goals. The organization implement all the activities required to achieve its objectives that are:
– studies and initiatives of technical, cultural and educational cooperation with developing countries, based on their needs for the implementation of national and international cooperation programs;
– any other initiative that agrees with the full recognition of the training role in education and the qualification of new professional figures.
Sinergie also put particular attention to activities related to the support of useful individual or social services and disadvantaged groups, the support gender equality, the improvement of the environment and the implementation of the quality system application themes.

Artifex Balear
History/Field Of Activity
Artifex is a non-profit organisation founded in 2002, and declared a public utility in 2008 that work in the recovery and innovation of the Building Arts and trades, as well as Regenerative Agriculture and Appropriate Technology. Artifex offers long and short-term courses and organise local and international meetings that seek to promote the exchange of ideas and knowledge. In addition, Artifex propose a re-conceptualisation of Vernacular Construction and Regenerative Agriculture as the backbone of a Mediterranean answer to climate change adaptation.
